Shelter Case Manager

Hours:  Days, Evening and Night Shifts - Sunday to Saturday; hours vary

Pay: $20.00 to 21.50 depending on shift and experience.

Definition of Position:

Under the direction of the Emergency Shelter Manager, the Case Manager contributes to the operation of the both the Women’s and Men’s Shelter and is responsible to see that all records are maintained accurately.  They are responsible for making the Women’s and Men’s Shelter run efficiently by performing a wide variety of duties to oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, safety, and security of the facility. Volunteer coordinator/Development Assistant

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5 with possibility of special event overtime

Pay: $17.50/hr. to $20.00 per hr (DOE)

Definition of Position:

Will provide basic clerical support to administrative office as well as greeting and providing assistance to residents, donors and visitors.  Will assist with event planning, development and social media outreach.  Will coordinate volunteer opportunities within the Rescue Mission, recruiting when necessary, and seeking to provide volunteers with a meaningful experience while supplying FRM with needed support.

Hours: 

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11AM to 7PM (Shift 1)

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, 11AM to 7PM (Shift 2)

Part-Time, 16 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, 11AM to 7PM (Shift 3)

Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour (DOE)

Definition of Position:

The ability to work in conjunction with the food service industry throughout the community, and compelling them to work in conjunction with us. Demonstrated experience in food service.  All certificates required for commercial kitchen operations and food preparation.  Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language. Knowledge of and ability to follow and enforce safety procedures and proper food handling regulations.  Ability to adjust recipes and estimate food preparation time according to production demands using math skills.
